To achieve this fun moment, I used Noto Botanics Deep Serum to start with a very clean face and natural glow. I then applied a few layers of black mascara to the top and bottom lashes, getting really close to the base of the lash. This gives the feeling of eyeliner without having to actually use eyeliner. Next, I used Nars white eyeliner pot and a small brush to create a small dot under the eye — very close to the lashes and in line with where her pupil sits when looking forward. I then used Noto Botanics Gilded Highlighter at the bow of the lip to give a soft golden reflection, and topped it off with the Noto Botanics Hydra Hilighter on the temples and eyelids for luminosity.
