Fresh peaches and just picked blackberry cobbler! This was really so simple! Layer 3 fresh sliced peaches in a baking dish and cover them with blackberries. Sprinkle them with cinnamon and dot with #vegan butter. Top with #organic corn flakes, drizzle with maple syrup AND raw honey, 3 tablespoons of almond milk. About 20 years ago I came across a wonderful brand of skincare named Neals Yard Remedies. I adored the handsome blue bottles and crisp clean labeling, which looked as if they could have come out of my own dreams for a  glorious apothecary and stillroom!  The fact that they are the UK’s first, certified-organic natural health and beauty company cemented my love of this really terrific company.   Because I’ve always been passionate about a more natural approach to  the food I feed myself and my family, I was thrilled to find a a company with an approach to skincare products that bridged both of those worlds. I’m a big believer that if you couldn’t eat it, that you probably shouldn’t put it on your body. I’m always much happier when I find products made with natural and especially organic ingredients. I really have never wanted to use anything  on my  or my families skin  that I can’t pronounce. My husbands skin is so sensitive, that he can’t use anything but a product that is mostly chemical free. About two months ago I decided to take my groupie-like adoration of Neals Yard Remedies just a wee bit  further. I became one of their Independent Consultants, meaning that you can shop for Neals Yard products via my  NYR website.  The picture above was taken at our National conference which coincidentally was held this year in Cleveland. I just love these women. It was instant camaraderie, support and love! I felt apart of something immediately that was bigger than me... something I could live into and really be proud of. It was an amazing weekend! This is magic...Beauty sleep concentrate is the lightweight serum that I use at night before bed. What I’ve noticed is that if I put this on right before bed and then spritz with rose water, that I drift off quickly. It’s filled with yang ylang, clary sage and patchouli so no surprises there!...I use about 3 pumps and that covers my entire face, neck and décolleté. I wake up with really silky, healthy looking and supple skin.
