Raising Canes, one of the best fried chicken places I have ever been.
Their chicken is tender, crispy and has the perfect original sauce to pair it with. Todd Graves, the CEO of Raising Canes, started the idea when he was in college. His professor thought that a chicken finger place would never succeed and the banks thought the same. Graves refused to give up instead he worked hours at an oil refinery and fished around Alaska until he had enough money to open up his restaurant.
When Graves finally had the money, he bought an old building and renovated it himself. The mural that was in the old building inspired Graves for the logo of Raising Canes. The first Raising Cane’s® opened in 1996. They were so busy that they were opened till 3:30 am. Raising Cane's menu is simple. It only has chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, coleslaw, Cane's sauce, texas toast, and delicious drinks! For more information visit https://www.raisingcanes.com.
