How to find this bar: This bar is a bar within a bar. The first bar you go in is named The Normandie.
Entrance: Once in the bar The Normandie, walk to the back and press a button to the secret door. Someone opens the door lets you in to The Walker inn. Reservations are encouraged but walk ins are welcome if the bar is not full.
The vibe and prices: There is room for about 25 to 30 people at max. The prices vary from $18-$20 for their creative drinks. A very classy vibe to this bar prefect place to go with coworkers if your nearby. The music isn’t very loud but feels more like background noise. It’s nice bar to go sit, talk and enjoy a drink.
How to find this bar: You have to go the back of The Line Hotel and it might look like a loading dock but don’t let that fool you, this is the first park of its entrance.
Entrance: This bar entrance is very creative, the bouncer let people by groups and take you down a hall where you see the hotels back kitchen, then they stop in front a vending machine. The Vending machine is the entrance to a freezer and then there another door that enters the bar.
The vibe and prices: Once inside you see that this bar has an 80’S vibe to it. Has a television wall, a stage for a live band, and a lot of seating areas for table service. The price varies from $5 -$15 for beer and mix drinks. They also have table service with prices from $300-$600.
How to find this bar: The lock and key is bar that is hidden but isn’t hidden at the same time. It’s very easy to pass by if you don’t pay attention. The only way you will notice by driving by is the neon sign in the shape of a key.
Entrance: Once you find the bar, you walk in to a room, that room has a black wall with door noobs. You have to find the right one to enter the bar.
The vibe and prices: Once you walk inside you the bar has classy but modern vibe to it. They have a full bad and table for a group or just for two. The drink start off as $12 and up. Drink prices fully depends on what type of drink it is and they also have bottles service. The bar is very lively. The crowd is very mixed in the age but the music seems more like for the younger crowed who are in their early 20’S (21-26) this bar also has a pretty big outside area where they have an outside DJ and a smaller bar. The area in the back is perfect if you want dance.
4. Good Times at Davy Wayne’s
How to find this bar: Finding this bar is pretty fun. Unless there is a line outside the bar you might pass it not noticing it right away. It’s a cross a street of a LA fitness and the entrance is quite interesting.
Entrance: You walk in to a mini garage and see an old-school refrigerator door.
The vibe and prices: This bar holds up to its name. Doesn't matter if it’s a Tuesday or a Friday night, Good Time at Davy Wayne’s is always a good time. The music they play are some classic upbeat songs, known for playing 70’s hits. The bar gets crowed but everyone is having a great time. The dance floor gets full and give a welcoming vibe. You want to back of the room and you see the bar and the drink prices go from $6-$13. This is affordable bar with Great ambience. If it feels too crowded, they also have an outside area that has an outside bar. The outside area has two levels. The top level looks like a deck and the bottom area is grass and has seats and small hammocks for people to be able sit and enjoy the night.
How to find this bar: This bar is different due the area it’s in. For most speakeasy, they are trying to be hidden by being discrete but this bar isn’t trying to full hide but blend in. It’s in a little shopping center behind a Burger King.
Entrance: The sign “Adults Only” make this bar seem like an adult video stores. Walking in this bar you see small televisions screen playing regular movies and it’s decorated with adult movies and adult posters. You past a curtain and see a televisions screen playing an adult movie in the corner. Then there another curtain to pass, then you see the bar.
The vibe and prices: Inside the bar, they have a movie playing on the wall by using movie projector. This bar has a good amount of seating to the left-side of the bar and center table for people be able to put their drinks. This bar doesn’t not have an outside area but at the back of the bar it has a pool table is it’s more seating around the pool table. This area has a private feel to it. The price for this bar are from $10-13. This bar is affordable and play a lot of hip hop and rap type of music. A bar like Adults only is a good time for people around the age 21-30.
