Also here is what the text says on Simon's solo page incase u guys can't read my handwriting+ some stuff I changed:
The Stars surrounding Erid can evolve into gateways to other worlds that share Erid's Solar System. Typically,both worlds have to have the same exact stars present in order for these gateways to form on both or else the gateway is dangerously unstable,sometimes causing death to those who try to go through it. The Eridians have been trying to make contact with the occupants on the other side of these gateways for many,many,many centuries now but either the created gateway is too small for any vessel to go through and or the gateway vanishes too quickly for any communication and or transport to get there in time.
Simon's world was/is one of these worlds but their stars died before the gateway could properly form. HOWEVER-just because one side of the gateway is down,doesn't mean the other side won't work. It's kinda like a door with a lock on one side. Simon's world closed the door on the side that had no lock,the door accidentally locked,and they couldn't get out and were stuck. The Eridians(more specifically the Eridian Solar Systme)unlocked the door.
The gateway formed was small,and the other side lead to AT-5 as the place the blood moon had appeared was once where a star was. Conveniently enough,the gateway formed either right between Simon and the Eel or it formed in one of the caves the SM-13 was searching(haven't decided on which one happened yet)but it was just the right size for the sub to squeeze out into.
Any way,the sub and Simon get puked out into space,right near Erid-where all the Eridian scientists are freaking out over the alien ship that is the first thing to ever come out of a gateway. They try to establish contact,when they hear Simon absolutely loosing his mind over the weird music he's hearing. They don't quite get what he's saying,but they DO understand his tone: panicked;stressed;hurt;scared. They send out a ship to get Simon and the sub and they bring them back to Erid. The Eridians crack open the sub,finding a passed out Simon,who is bloody and crusty.
Now,I know there's a problem with Simon and the sub being irradiated and Eridians being deadly vulnerable to radiation,but I imagine they take one look at that thing and say,"dirty. Let's just grab what we think is important and set this fuck ass piece of shit on FIRE"
They take Simon,the pendant,the images from the x-ray machine,samples of the strange liquid and parts of Simon's radio before doing just that.
Then,they nurse Simon back to decent health while studying all of the strange blob's technology. During their study of both the equipment and Simon himself,I imagine that they keep him in an oxygen space after he gets burnt from the atmosphere and see that he needs oxygen based on the gas in the sub and that a couple of Eridians get sick(not enough to die but nearly)after being in contact with Simon + what the Eridians took and they realise,'Oh shit something on this guy is killing us we gotta double contain him'
When he wakes up after a long ass time,Simon panics of course and thinks he's dead but quickly realises he's alive and in another prison-to him it is anway. Though they can't see him clearly or understand him all that well,the Eridians can tell that something is deeply wrong with their new extraterrestrial friend. So,they call in the planet's top neuro-scientist/phycologist to psycho-analyse Simon in an attempt to both understand and help him more.
