augghh i love my dogs so much they're so cool and so fun and so bouncy and not to everyones taste because of the bouncy erratic enthusiasm but i love them soooooo much they are perfect for me and i love the look of horror on peoples faces as they watch them bouncing/rolling around and then the look of surprised impressed delight when they work so hard with enthusiasm and they look so cute as they do it just augghhhhhh i love spaniels best breed

An Exception, Please

sometimes i think the design is flawed.

dogs are given far less time than people, even though they love harder, without fear, without conditions.

if there’s a creator, i don’t need an explanation. just an exception.

because i can’t imagine a world where this one doesn’t exist.

let mine stay.

let this love not be something i survive.

I love how I know when Thistle needs to go out to the toilet.

She walks up quietly to stand near me. I rarely notice her, she is so quiet.

Thump thump thump thump thump.

And not with a whine, not with a bark, not with a bell or poke of her nose. But with the rhythmic beating of her tail hitting an object, I know she is there and would like to go outside please.

When I got a dog I imagined I’m on the couch and ask her to cuddle, that she’d wander on over and hop up next to me.
