     (Alright, so I actually have 303 followers, but when I first hit 300 at the beginning of the week, I was about to make this and then I lost 4 followers. I was pretty discouraged, especially because I keep consistently losing followers on this blog and it makes me feel rather poorly. However...now that I'm finally at 300, or 303 perhaps, I am feeling slightly better. I just wanted to thank everyone who's stayed all this time or has just entered or anything else. The bonfire had been fun, with rowdy boys andGally’s hooch, and nothing but a moonless skystretching over there, but Finn had had enough excitement for one night. He pushes himself upfrom his spot on the ground, grabbing the runner’shand and pulling him to his feet, deaf to anyprotests the other might’ve had.

He leads Minho to the edge of the forest, where thefire still provides a warm glow over a majority of theGlade, but the deafening drums from the boys circled around the fire pit was vaguely muffled by the distance, dulled to thumps that sounded morelike heartbeats than anything.

Finn doesn’t give much of a preamble before leaningup, pressing a soft kiss to the corner of the other boy’smouth, arms lazily winding around Minho’s neck. Hewaits for Minho to wraps his arms around Finn’s waistbefore he begins to sway a bit, subtly from side-to-side,letting Minho get the hang over it before slowly beginning to wind them in a small circle.

"I like it better over here," he mutters, as if he only wants Minho to hear, even though there’s no chanceof them being overheard. “I like it when it’s jus’ youand me.”

He knows better than this. That's what kills him about the whole thing. He doesn't get high off other people's shit. He's had the same dealer for years because he knows exactly how he reacts. Other dealers, other materials to cut the drugs, too many variables, he knows that, but he took it anyway because he was too fucking depressed not to. And now he's shaking and he can't think and he's too far from his own place but he's just a couple blocks from Thomas and Minho's.

Thank God for deliverymen who don't look too close at the person they're letting in behind them. Thank God for weekend lunches and muscle memory because he couldn't have said the number of their apartment but he's there, knocking on the door, desperate.

Newt and Alby exchanged a look when the alarm sounded. The Box. Six people had come up, although one of them wasn't there anymore. So five. Five of them to greet the newcomer.

Alby nodded toward the fields and the small buildings that served as dorm and kitchen. "Gonna need to pull the others to get the supplies put away," he said. "You want to grab our new Greenie and show him around?"

Newt nodded. "Yeah. I can do that." He glanced out at the walls and the open doors. "Alby..."

"Not today, Newt." He shook his head. "We get all this set up, we get through another month, get another Greenie, and we'll talk about it. But not today."

Newt sighed but nodded and took off running for the Box. The missing Glader had been stung by a monster and died while searching the Maze for a way out, and Alby had taken Newt off the job until they had enough people to take the risk of it happening again. It was frustrating. Hopefully the new Greenie didn't make any more trouble. He came to a stop by the Box, watching as the doors opened.
