Savvy Minerals Hacks & Tips

✈ Traveling with Savvy Minerals ✈

When you open a new Savvy Minerals product, leave the protective sticker on and only poke open a couple of holes in the shaker lid with the tip of a small scissors, paper clip or pin. This allows you to regulate how many minerals get into the lid at one time.

Did you already remove the protective stickers? No worries! Try adding a stack of cotton rounds inside your foundation to cover the shaker holes up to the cap. Use a cotton ball (or part of one if it’s too large) inside your eyeshadow containers or simply cover the holes with a circle label sticker.

💋 Stretching Lip Color 💋

Make that lipstick last! Don’t toss your lipstick when it’s near the end scoop it out and put it into a small covered pot. Use your lip brush or finger to apply!

✨ Lightweight Coverage ✨

Try this for those, “I have no time for makeup,” days!

All over eye - Layer of Diamond Veil


Lid - Thin layer of lip gloss, apply with finger in a patting motion


Finish with a second layer of Diamond Veil


Ta-da, you look smashing!

✨ Use Multitasker to cover roots ✨

Did you know you can totally use the Savvy Minerals MultiTaskers to touch-up light, dark or pesky gray roots as they pop up?!? Yes, you heard me correctly…another fabulous use for an already versatile product! In addition to using any shade of MultiTasker as an eyeshadow, eyeliner, brow filler or bronzer, try using it on your roots! As with all Savvy Minerals products, you can feel confident applying this to your skin and hair knowing it’s free from talc, bismuth, parabens, phthalates, petrochemicals, nanoparticles, or synthetic fragrances. Tap a little MultiTasker into the lid, swirl with a brush, tap off excess and apply exactly where you need it-around the face or on your part.

✨ More tips:

• Use Misting Spray on your eyeliner brush with your favorite darker shade.

• Coat your lashes gently with diamond dust before adding Savvy Minerals Mascara, repeat this step if necessary.

• Spray misting spray on your brush before applying blush. You will need less layers and this will reduce the sheen.

• Use Unscripted eyeshadow as a lip color. Use Misting Spray on a brush to line lips. Apply lip gloss.

• Mascara drying out? Spray your wand with the Misting Spray to get more use out of it.

• Remember, you can mix it up! – foundation can be bronzer, blush can be eyeshadow and eyeliner can be brow filler! Mix it up and play with the colors. Try tinting your lips with some blush and lip balm.

• Apply YL Lavender Lip Balm as a base on your eyelid before you apply your Savvy eyeshadow.

• You can use your blush colors as lip liners! Simply use the eyeliner brush to apply the blush foiled around the outer part of your lips before you apply your lipstick. It works great!

• Since ditching the toxins in your home, do you miss your beloved dry shampoo? Well, you don’t have to anymore! You can use our foundation or multitaskers as a replacement for dry shampoo! Minerals bind to oil and can help absorb excess!

• Combine Summer Loved or Crowned All Over with our Lavender Hand and Body Lotion to create a body bronzer! This gives your skin a temporary glow that you may want for a special occasion.

• Combine your foundation with a small amount of the Seedlings Diaper Rash Cream. You can use this as an undereye concealer! Undereye circles are no longer visible!

• Combine your foundation powder with Sheerlume or your preference of YL moisturizers, to create a liquid-like foundation or tinted moisturizer. The coverage is lighter, but it does create a good base layer if you are looking for something hydrating with a little coverage.
