♡ — She was aware that her name rhymed with the term that males call older females. However, she forgot sometimes and hearing it again after awhile would always make her chuckle. While many people used the rhyme to her often, nobody had explicitly told her that they enjoyed saying her name. Hearing it for the first time, Yoona was touched at the compliment.     ❝ Thank you, Niel! You haven’t, but have I ever told you how much I like hearing my name like that? Especially with aegyo. ❞

After laying out their cards on the table, there’s a satisfied glint in Niel’s gaze when their friends, their opponents, groan in realization that they’ve lost. “Of course we did! I told you picking me as your partner would make sure you beat everyone — I’m the best at all kinds of games out of everyone in Teen Top!” he jeers confidently, arms crossing over his chest as he tosses his head back — the facade lasts a moment before he’s grinning at Irene warmly. “You did well for it being your first time playing!”

“Suddenly, there’s an explosion of confidence from my partner over here.” Joohyun snickered. While Niel certainly had the right set of skills for the card game, she didn’t really expect to have won on her first try. And even if she didn’t really want to admit it, it was all thanks to Niel. “Yes, yes. You did a very good job teaching me.” She starts to arrange all the card before smiling over towards him. “I’ll just fix these over here then I’ll buy you something nice, as promised.”

[🍓] Somi was confused to say the least at the male’s remarks when she told him her age. She didn’t really think it was that big of an ordeal to make such a massive a fuss out of. It perplexed her as people regularly mistook her as someone who is younger rather than older and it was a rare occasion that someone thought she was considerably older. ”Hmm? What’s so hard to believe? I’m definitely nineteen. Why would I lie about it? I don’t think I have anything to claim by saying I’m this young. Anyway, age is a number and doesn’t constitute maturity or knowledge.”
