I'm still very...you can say...

...about the new opening. Like what's with all the content that was in the old opening? Was it some thing happening in the future? Or was it the studio boasting about how cool their animation is? What's with Shinki and his team being there and what with that giant monster thing??

Don't get me wrong, the new opening is awesome and I love it, but I don't understand. Nothing in the old opening (Lonely Go) was related to anything in the arc it played over? It makes me feel like they had another arc prepared after the Mitsuki arc, but decided to push it back so they just went, "eh, let's replace it, the audience won't mind."

Well, I mind, I mind very much. Mitsuki was riding a giant snake and it looked like a huge scale battle I wanted to see. I hope we do get to see it in the future.
