Приступ грусти

Наверное с каждым это бывало,что без особых причин вам становится грустно ,как- то тоскливо . Проблемой это становится ,когда это происходит часто и внезапно , ты никогда не знаешь ,когда тебе захочется от всех отдалится . Ты пытаешься бороться ,отогнать мысли, но это будто работает на подсознательном уровне , как бы ты не старался . Ты можешь сгладить эффект, притворится , но себя не обманешь .

И как же ужасно это чувство!!! Я настолько его ненавижу,как будто это приступы навязчивой аллергии , пока не примешь таблетку или не уйдешь от места раздражения - все очень плохо . Но найти таблетку не так- то просто ,а уйти от раздражения тем более ,ведь чаще всего это ты сам раздражитель,твой глупый мозг,который любит радовать тебя депрессивными мыслями .

Наверное я никогда не смогу избавиться от этого, как бы я не пыталась это изменить  ,поменять образ жизни или мыслей - ОНО ВСЕГДА СО МНОЙ . Это просто болезнь, и приступы ее регулярны
