365 days of ouat ladies: day 222
whenever i watch ANY of dark swan's interactions with regina i can't seem to stop myself from constantly screaming: "YES GIRL GASLIGHT GATEKEEP GIRLBOSS, KEEP ON BEING SALTY YOU EARNED IT"
Regina has been so fucking abusive to Emma particularly for four seasons straight at this point, and now Emma just forthwith telling her like it is and not walking on eggshells around her is probably the only thing that makes me feel joy in this season
AMEN SIS AMEN

Day 6: One favorite episode per season
Season 1: “The Stable Boy” (Episode 18)
Season 2: “Manhattan” (Episode 14)
Season 3: “A Curious Thing” (Episode 19)
Season 4: “The Snow Queen” (Episode 7)
Season 5: “The Price” (Episode 2)
Season 6: “Page 23″ (Episode 14)
Season 7: “Sisterhood” (Episode 15)
So, these days I saw a gifset of that scene in 5x02, where Emma - the Dark Swan - tells Regina off for always looking for someone else to blame. I always liked that scene as some of the few when Regina gets accurately called out for her permanent blaming of others for her mistakes/unhappiness (even if I'm admittedly not fond of Jen's Dark Swan performance in general).
But this time something else just hit me: when Emma asks if Regina believes that she summoned the Fury to Storybrooke, Regina retorts, "Would I be here otherwise?" and I'm just...
No, bitch, you surely wouldn't be here to see if you can help your supposed friend who saved your ass multiple times, your friend who took the darkness upon herself before it could consume you, your friend whom you begged to save your boyfriend (after he was stabbed by someone who wanted revenge on you for slaughtering his family), why would you give a shit? (I mean, it's convenient that she's the bad guy now, and you yave "your" son all to yourself, right?)
Tell me again about the great friendship between Emma and Regina, try, I dare you.
Even on the edge of death she occupied all of his mind.
