Well, it's a lucky day for your shipper heart because in the original idea Yako was going to be the one holding the coffee. But drawing Godai was easier xD

Minao prompt!!! Aoba burns his hand cooking and Mink fusses over him.

Mink is in the living room, reading or relaxing, while Aoba is making dinner in the kitchen. Suddenly, Mink hears a yelp, followed by a thud.

Mink immediately runs into the kitchen and sees Aoba on the floor in front of the open oven door. “What happened?”

"I burned myself. I figured since the dish is glass, I didn’t need mitts, but I accidentally touched the inside of the oven."

Aoba shows Mink his burned hand, and Mink says, “Well, you’re lucky. It’s not a very bad burn. Wait here; I have a cream for that.”

The whole time, Aoba's so embarrassed. He keeps apologizing and calling himself an idiot, "I should've known that was stupid," and so on. But Mink just calms him and comforts him, telling him it was just a mistake, there's no real harm done. And he's very gentle as he puts the cream on the burn, making sure that Aoba's in as little pain as possible.

When Mink's done, he helps Aoba up and they go into the living room. Aoba says he should finish cooking, but Mink insists that Aoba rest his hand.

Aoba feels bad - first for making Mink worry and then for making him have to finish cooking - but part of him likes seeing Mink as his concerned, caring husband.

At this point, I'm just assuming that some people didn't, as that's unfortunately part of this kind of thing and the entire reason pinch hitters exist in the first place. It seems like people tended to seek out their assignments on their own, but I'm concerned that with the lack of leadership and central location someone might've been left behind.

As I said in the initial post, I'm just trying to find out if anyone did get left behind, and if so I have a couple of friends who are willing to pitch in and help out to make sure everyone gets something, even if it's late.
