Kickstarter: PACE Lid

Not every Kickstarter project takes my interested, but when the director of GORUCK expeditions launches one, it definitely gets my attention…

A great Kickstarter solves a common problem. With different situations in life I often find myself with varying levels of carry, quite often this means I find myself in need of something that I left in a pouch, or pocket from my other pack. One thing that is consistently part of my carry is my water bottle. The idea of adding a storage device to my bottle would be a great solution to leaving these essentials behind.

Whether it's keys and snacks for the Gym or a run, medication, or even a full-blown survival kit for heading into the great outdoors, the PACE Lid, by Chris Way, looks like a great way of making sure you've got those items close to hand when you need them.

Often with Kickstarters I love their idea, but gawk at even the entry level price, but at $23 (£17) including delivery, I was pleasantly surprised and found myself making a Pledge straight away.
