Sakusaku Café au Lait. – Package Illustration
Package illustration created for the sweets “Sakusaku Café au Lait.” from Mori to Coffee.
This snack is a cream-filled rice cracker made with the café’s popular coffee blend “Mori no Hotori.” The light, crispy coffee-flavored senbei is sandwiched with a gentle coffee milk cream, creating a flavor reminiscent of café au lait.
The package illustration was inspired by the short story “The Hungry Dormouse and the Old Man in the Forest.” I illustrated a quiet forest scene to evoke a warm snack time shared between the old man in the mountain hut and the little dormouse.
