This was the final look, paint work ended up looking pretty cool, whole costume as well (btw this is for my dad’s birthday, this year’s theme was Glam Metal)

Is fashion art? 

When I was asked this in my History of Fashion class, I immediately thought is this even a question?  To me, art is a means at which an individual can dig his struggles, loves, pains, and triumphs from within him and expose them.  Fashion is a means at which I throw my emotions and my experiences into the world.  And that’s what makes fashion a beautiful commonplace at which we all have the power to uniquely express who we are.
