Macha’s programming had her seek out dense populations. Free of the shackles of her creator, the learning part of her A.I. kicked into full gear.
However, obtaining knowledge was....difficult, here. In ‘The World’ she was part of the very code itself; she could read and digest the data embed in all things. The learning was rapid and plentiful.
One could say the learning was, manual, here. It was frustrating.
She padded behind a gaggle of people with bags and books, keeping out of sight. They brought her to a large building. It said, ‘University’. She didn’t know what that meant.
A shining light pulled all her attention in an instant. Programming popping in, she picked up her feet and hovered over to the emitter. It seemed sleek, and bright white. Was it a statue? It was not a monster; those attacked instantly.
She twirled around it, big eyes set and scouring all elements of it.
