1. She was not born a pony, most exactly she was not born a living thing. She technically never was born at all but was created.
2. She has the ability to see ponies’ hearts a metaphoric way, but only with ponies’ she knows enough. Their heart gradually reveals themselves to her. This is due to how she became a pony.
3. SHE CAN’T NEIGH. No matter how hard she tries, she just CAN’T. She thinks she’s missing out on something and probably expects to find out the meaning of life through whinnying as Guardian makes such a big deal of it.
4. She whinnies exactly ONCE in her life when she finds out she’s pregnant.
5. She HATES BEES. One of them stung her once and it’s been war since then, she thinks they want her dead. You’ll see her randomly chasing around a poor bee and trying to eat it from time to time. She never succeeds though and at some point, she’ll learn that bees are actually nice and should be protected.
6. Dreamy has the ability to imagine complex, working engines in her mind and eventually doesn’t even need to draw plans for her projects anymore. This is inspired by Nikola Tesla who was known to be able to do so himself, from what I heard.
7. Dreamy’s wings seem to be provided with some kind of soul on their own and each pair has a different temper. Dreamy often talks to them out loud.
8. Dreamy has two different canons, one being what I call the “happy family verse” and the other one where the Elydris belong, which is much more sci-fi driven and ends up poorly for her.
9. Dreamy is going to get a pet piglet in the future!
10. Despite her silly behavior, Dreamy can easily switch onto a serious mode when duty calls her, for example, when machinery needs to be fixed in the emergency. She is very capable and can be trusted.

1. Cadie has had very long musical studies at a notorious conservatory. She has a flawless piano technique and is extremely knowledgeable in solfege and classical music.
2. Even though she earned her cutie mark at a very young age, it took her so long to find out what it truly meant, which is why she has been so unhappy until then.
3. Her real talent is improvisation. She is a brilliant concert pianist and can manage any situation and any trouble on stage. She later becomes a brilliant composer.
4. She found out about her talent thanks to her best friend, Starlight Song, who has always been very supportive of her. Crossing her way changed her life, and since she discovered the true meaning of her talent, she went through a literal liberation.
5. Cadenza used to be an introverted, quiet mare. Since she found her real talent, she turned into a classy, confident and glamorous lady, which she will be like in the Orchestra’s canon as it is set two years after the lore of the Starlight Song blog. Her girlfriend, famous pop star Felicity, has helped her through this and enhanced the fabulous in her.
6. The inspiration for her is the beautiful pianist Khatia Buniatishvili. Here have a video of her playing!
7. Cadie is wise and calm. She is good at managing Starlight’s excesses of enthusiasm when it comes to throwing herself into possibly deadly adventures. The two friends balance each other which is why their bond is so strong.

9. She used to be struggling with huge complexes as she was often told she was a bland, boring individual, due to her introverted behavior and proper allure. But with the love of friends who could see the beauty in her and of her girlfriend, she blossomed into what she has always been inside, without having to change in order to please anyone. She is a member of the Orchestra that she joined at the same time as Starlight Song, after moving Lady Glory Feathers to tears during a concert with an impressive improvisation, which was the first time she did such a thing, as she broke under pressure. 1. She was received during a design trade with Harmom and based on La Petite Fille de la Mer by Vangelis (the title means “the little girl of the sea” in French), which is very much still her theme song and the melody to the lullaby she sings to the creatures of the sea.
2. Orabelle is blind, but not from birth.
3. She comes from a frozen merpony kingdom.
4. She fled in order to escape an arranged marriage.
5. Her specialty is to sing mesmerizing lullabies to marine creatures. It is said that her voice could calm down a tempest.
6. Her beauty and voice have led her to undergo kidnapping attempts more than once, especially from pirates and sailors. Ironically, she ended up falling for a sailor, and God knows she shouldn’t have.
7. She has been denying her feelings for the Prince since the two were kids.
8. She is currently lost and blind in the middle of the ocean after she escaped from her abusive mate who is the one who took her sight. Luckily for her, she will get rescued by a group of sweet merponies who will take her to Ur so she can stay under Princess Uhaina’s protection.
9. She has a sister named Nausicaa who is currently looking for her all around the world, on land like in sea. Even though the two of them have a hard time getting along, Nausicaa will do anything to get her sister home safely, since he secretly dearly loves her no matter how much she shadowed her in the past. Orabelle doesn’t want to return though, as she is now a family disgrace. And there is no way she could face the Prince the way she is now, could she?

10 FACTS ABOUT PRINCESS KAMALA
1. Kamala is a member of the prestigious Avalon line, which means she is a direct descendant to the legendary Queen Astrielle of Avalon, and which grants her the title of princess despite having any kingdom to rule over, as Avalon has disappeared two thousand years ago. All Avalons are Pegasi and have the curled ears, showing off their Indian origins (the mother of Aaron, father of Astrielle and the ancestor the Avalons look the most up to being a Marwari princess.)
2. Kamala deals with complexes as she does not exactly fits the Avalon standards, being too dark and not tall enough, which she gets reminded of all the time. She was raised to be a perfect quiet princess good to marry despite of these “flaws”. She sure will greatly disappoint her parents.
3. As of now, Kamala and her brother Alexander are still blank flanks as they have always been pressured away from their true calling.
4. Kamala looks up to Lady Radiant Skies, also known as Dove, her great grand aunt who lived during the 19th century and was a famous artist, a figure tainted with shame among the Avalon line as she was in love with a mare and had a secret identity as an artist, an occupation judged inappropriate among the family, especially for a mare. She secretly hopes to become an artist herself, someday.
5. Despite her shy looks, Kamala is actually very brave, daring and adventurous. She will reveal herself during her quest to find Avalon where she will blossom into a brave and confident mare.
6. She’s very gay and actually never was interested in boys and certainly not into marrying a prince, which has always pissed off her parents. She ended up falling in love with Silver Sword, her loyal knight, and her brother’s faithful companion.
7. Alexander lovingly calls her “Birdie” as she looks like a nervous little bird but is as graceful as a swan, and has always had something for birds. He couldn’t be more right.
8. Kamala later finds her talent into mythological bird taming. She will make the Caladrius (the family’s emblem, a legendary white bird known to be able to heal any disease) return upon her fallen line (the Caladrius didn’t come for an Avalon member since Dove, and the family is considered fallen and to have betrayed its vows and blood by now) and will later be a member of a giant travelling magical circus with her wonderful beasts.
9. Since very young, her brother and her liked to escape the castle and dress casual to wander among “normal” ponies. This was fun escapades but unlike Alex she is not so fond of this noisy modern world and finds herself loving the mystery of Avalon and the magic of the circus more.
10. She is going to write a biography about Radiant Skies with the help of her brother (who is going to become a historian) later in order to bring back honor on her name and to have people discover her artwork she finds marvelous, as well as delivering a message of peace and acceptance. This matters very much to her and she esteems no one should tell you what to do with your life. She even denied her title of princess later, even though Astrielle thinks of her as a perfect Avalon princess and wishes her descendants had been more like her instead of growing into snotty fancy birds with no values.

Meet prince Aurelian, the Avalon’s newest addition! He is the biological son of Silver Sword (who belongs to dear @ethmoiids) and Princess Kamala, born magically, adoptive brother of Tenma and possibly another baby Kirin the two ladies might have also adopted ~
Aurelian has pretty much most of the Avalon features, except the wings, he is the first earth pony born in the family to be recognized as a legitimate prince. This boy is actually a giant and he has a shiny coat, he is Queen Astrielle’s, his ancestor, faithful student and is very willing to win his place in the prestigious family and show he is worthy of it. On his pendant is drawn the family’s emblem, the Caladrius, which I should actually draw and show sometimes woops

Because anything needs a little edge, let me introduce you to la crème de la crème of edge among the Elydris: the Glitch Types ! This si their first representant and they belong to @ethmoiids ! Glitch types were stuck in a dimension during their travels and their data was corrupted by it. Their mind is stuck on a loop of the last feelings they experienced before ending up trapped, either fear, anger or whatever. You don’t want to cross their path, oh no. Their palette is the opposite of the one they had before glitching, this one was very white before.
