I’m going to do Winnie and Edith (they’re a package deal and even I can’t separate them) and Isaac for this
🌎 - what is their paracosm like?
So Winnie and Edie don’t become overly relevant to DeChambeau School of Mages until after everyone has graduated
For them, they’re not overly involved in any of the drama (like obviously they end up sucked into it). They’re mostly just working in a curio shop, bringing people back from the dead, and stealing magic artifacts to keep them out of the wrong hands
They do help stop Lucien Batt at his party from hell but they’re not overly involved in that (Winnie does get the Batt mansion out of it though)
Isaac also really isn’t involved in any of the main plot points in Angels Among Us (and he hates it)
He’s basically lived in this seaside town (which I love but he doesn’t) all his life and he’s sick of it. His whole thing is that he wants to leave. Also a lot of people are keeping secrets from him (the war with the angels, Corraessa is actually his mom, he’s part siren, etc), and he knows they are which is kind of making things worse
He does get to see more of the world of AAU once he meets Cassandra (she’s the oracle in this) though

Winnie is probably based on some younger sibling character, but I for the life of me could not tell you who (what are you talking about I have a great memory /j)
Edie showed up right in my Batman Brainrot (around the same time as Eddie in Heroes so that should give you an idea) so she was originally kind of based on the Riddler, but I’ve definitely moved away from that with her (so nothing like the source)
Also Winnie and Edie definitely have Morticia and Gomez Addams vibes
Isaac is literally just the reincarnation of Icarus. Like there are definitely difference (Isaac is older and has way move development), but that’s where he comes from.
After a week or so, Theo managed to skim through the manuscript of the mysterious woman's book. Well actually, he finished it in the early morning hours after he returned home from that night. He took his sweet time finding the woman who owned the type writer he had in his possession. Once he decided it was time to return the piece of equipment he lugged it to work and decided to take it by the bookstore after. He was surprised he hadn't seen her there before, but he figured he was so absent minded he wouldn't see a car driving towards him until it was directly on top of him.
Carrying the heavy box, having carefully placed the papers back where he found them, he walked the short distance from Southern Comforts to the bookstore. Rather proud of himself for not tripping on anything with the expensive piece of equipment.
"Hello? Is there an Edith here?" He called out, looking around the shelves and hoping he'd finally get to see the lady who saved him in the alley. He had spent the week thinking why anyone in their right mind would have gone out of their way to risk an rather old and rare typewriter to knock someone unconscious. Oh well... he figured he'd get an answer sooner or later.
