A/N: It's been too long since I've gotten a GO request </3 I love the ineffable father figures. (Also Bingo is so cute I love her sm)

The two of them already had some experience in childcare after their 11 years taking care of Warlock. You were different, though. Warlock was an assignment, you were so much more.

You would definitely be spoiled. Neither one of them would be able to stand seeing you upset, and you'd definitely get to see a softer side to both of them than anyone else does.

You'd definitely be a good kid, though. Both of your fathers cared deeply for the world around you and made sure you appreciated what you had. (To the extent someone as young as you could, anyways).

Aziraphale would be your Papa and Crowley would be your Dad or Dada.

Whenever you're never denied a hug or cuddle from either one of them. Doesn't matter where you are or what you're doing, all you need to do is look up at one of them with your big eyes and outstretched arms and they'd scoop you up.

They'd both sit with you and play games. There may or may not even be a couple miracles involved to make you giggle.

You'd love going to the park to feed the ducks. You just wouldn't understand why the animals wouldn't let you pet them.

If you're prone to tantrums they'd take you to a side room and sit with you while you cool off. They'd redirect you from anything destructive but allow you to get your emotions out. Once you're done you'd have a conversation about why it happened.

Your favorite animal would be a snake. While they would try to tell you wild snakes were dangerous Crowley wouldn't be able to resist indulging you by shifting.

Crowley would definitely tease you. Because of him you'd be fluent in sarcasm before most other kids even knew what the word meant. He and Aziraphale would also have very different rules on swearing and when it was allowed.

Neither one of them would be able to tolerate most kids music, so although you'd get nursery rhymes and whatnot, you'd definitely be raised on a mix of Queen and classical music.

They'd both be so protective of you it would verge into possessiveness. Someone help the poor soul who dared to hurt you in any way.

For obvious reasons you wouldn't be raised particularly religious, but you were told there was a god. You wouldn't find out the truth about their identities until you were old enough to keep a secret.

They'd rarely leave you under anyone else's watch. The only people they really trusted with you would be Anathema, Maggie & Nina.

They'd definitely indulge you in any hobby you wanted to learn. Even if you only took a few lessons before quitting, even if it was way out of your age range, they'd find something close enough to let you try.

You'd always be encouraged to question the world around you. There was no such thing as a stupid question in your household, and the answer was never "because I said so".

Aziraphale would definitely encourage you to try new foods. He wouldn't force you to eat something you knew you wouldn't like, but you were required to at least try something when it was offered.

Aziraphale would always have some of your favorite snacks on his person, just in case. Crowley would prefer to miracle some up if need be.

Crowley would still drive above the speed limit, yet slower than normal. Precious cargo, after all. You'd love the feeling of zipping down a road, though.

You would be both his and Aziraphale's whole world. It wouldn't matter if you were human or supernatural like they were, they'd be your fathers, and no one, not even God herself, would be able to argue otherwise.

• You arrived in the circus not long before Pomni did. The biggest difference between you two was just how young you were, especially in comparison to the other circus members.

• You’d never had a good relationship with your actual parents, and it wasn’t uncommon for you to run away from home.

• You’d heard about an abandoned building not too far from where you were, so you packed your bag and made your way to set up camp until the cops found you again.

• You were surprised to find a VR headset in your new campsite. Typically power on meant the building hadn’t been completely abandoned yet, but you figured if you were just biding your time anyways, you might as well try it out.

• When you arrived in the surreal cartoon world, you’d been overwhelmed with emotions. It was an absolute roller coaster of an experience, especially for someone in your situation.

• Kinger would make you laugh. He wouldn’t mean to, it was just an odd show of his decaying mind, but it made you happy. Even if he wasn’t thinking right, he knew he liked the sound of your laughter.

• You’d get caught up in the childlike antic of building a pillow fort and hide out with him. It was a sanctuary from the chaos of the digital world

• He’d act different in the fort. You didn’t understand why, but it was nice. He’d comfort you when you were upset and tell you fun facts about bugs.

• Even outside of the fort, when he wasn’t all there, he knew he was attached to you. He knew he wanted to protect you wand make you happy.

• Its not that the other members of the circus treated you with malice, even Jax seemed to go easy on you because of your age, but there was no denying the bond between you and Kinger.

• He’d have loads of nicknames for you. Kid, kiddo, buddy, sweetie, bug… anything you can think of any more. Some are more endearing while others just seem random, but you know they’re all form a place of love

• If anything in the circus scared you he’d physically put himself between you and whatever it was bothering you.

• When Kaufmo abstracted he’d hold you close in the pillow fort, letting you know it was all gonna be okay, that he wasn’t going to go anywhere.

• In or outside the fort he’d be very physically affectionate. A hand on your shoulder or random hug would be pretty common occurrences.

• He’d probably help you get to know the other members of the circus so you’d feel more comfortable getting to know them.

• He’d nudge you in the direction of Gangle if you liked drawing or anime, or Ragatha if you were particularly fond of horses.

• He’d probably conjure something for you that’d become a comfort object. He wouldn’t explain how conjuring really worked, but you’d cherish it nonetheless less.

• You would be absolutely inconsolable when you were forcefully separated from Kinger in the horror adventure. It’s not that you couldn’t handle being away from him, but that you didn’t know if he was okay or not.

• Once it was over you’d run up to him and hug him for a long time. Pomni would go up to you later to ask if you’d known about how he gets in the dark. She’d probably become like an older sister to you after that.

• Pomni would still give you two your space, though. What you two had was special. He was your digital dad, your rock when no one else could be.

• He wouldn’t be a perfect dad, there’s no such thing. But he’d be your dad when you needed him to be, and that would be enough.

A/N: It took everything in me to keep this fluffy and not angsty.

• He wasn’t too sure when you started hanging around him. All he knew was that one day you showed up with decent meat. He made you take a bite first so he knew it was safe, but after that he sure as hell wasn’t gonna argue with free food

• He definitely tried to shoo you off at first. Partially out of concern for his image, and partially because even if he was a ghoul he has enough humanity to not put a kid in danger’s way.

• “I ain’t yer dad, kid,” became his catchphrase for a while. You always stuck your tongue out when he told you this.

• He’d make sure you’re proficient with at least a few weapons. At least one of them would be some type of firearm. No way in hell is he leaving you defenseless.

• If you’re small enough to sneak around he’d definitely take advantage of that. Maybe not for anything too dangerous, but definitely for things like stealing caps or rations.

• He’d probably give you little missions of your own. Mostly material gathering or similar things to keep you away from his… worse colleagues.

• He’d probably try to keep you away for a while. Rejecting hugs or the title of dad. But he’d be fiercely protective over you.

• If anyone saw him hanging around with you he’d say you were just an associate. He doesn’t want to admit he’s attached to you, not to himself, or anyone else.

• He’d rarely use your actual name. Typically calling you “kid” or “youngin”. He might have a couple of other nicknames for you based off of your skills or any mishaps you get yourself into.

• Tough love at times. The wasteland is a rough place, and while he’ll always pick you back up when you fall, he makes sure you can handle whatever the cruel world will throw at you. Not to say he’s needlessly cruel, he’s just honest about the reality. And the reality is almost never pretty.

• You’d probably pick up his accent. Even if it’s not usually noticeable, there would be at least a word or two with a distinct Southern twang to them.

• When he was doing the shootout in Filly you were probably taking advantage of the calamity a little while away from the action. Far enough you wouldn’t actually get hurt if you used your brain, close enough everyone else was freaking out. You’d swipe some supplies and caps from right under peoples’ noses.

• Once the crowd had largely died out you quickly looted the corpses for anything valuable. Some of them were already being plundered from others, but since you already had a bit of supplies from what you’d already stolen, you decided to save the ammo for something more pressing.

• When you returned to your father he’d tell you about the vault dweller he’d met. He knew someone as naive as her would surely fall for the innocent looks of a child, especially if you brought the dog he just saved.

• While tracking Lucy he’d explain what he was doing. to you. He’d give you pop quizzes as you went. The wastelands were a horrible place, and this was an important skill for anyone to have in this line of work.

• You wouldn’t be too phased by the sight of the doctor’s decapitated corpse. Cooper wouldn’t be sure whether to be relieved you could stomach what it takes to survive, or horrified a kid couldn’t even enjoy their childhood anymore.

• Before each job he’d tell you not to mess up. It wasn’t a threat about what he’d do to you, but a warning that the world wouldn’t forgive you like he would. Trying to protect your innocence would only hurt you

• This was one of the easier missions. You told Lucy you were scared and lost. The crocodile tears came easy to you. You told her you didn’t have any supplies to even get through the night, and when she put her bag down to rummage through it you started to dig through it yourself, the excitement not entirely feigned.

• The head wasn’t in the bag, though, so you told her someone told you they saw a woman with a blue jumpsuit carrying a head. You pulled out the scared kid card, asking if she’d do that to you. Obviously she told you that she wouldn’t. You asked if it was true, and she didn’t lie, still believing in her golden rule.

• You asked her where the head went. Not wanting to scare you by telling you about the creature in the lake, she told you she lost it. You asked how she managed to lose a head. She shrugged, but you saw how her eyes drifted towards the water, and you knew what did it.

• You called out to The Ghoul, telling him what you discovered. Then you got to sit back and play around in the nearby dirt as he worked. It wasn’t often you got to just be a kid, but you took what you could get.

• When it was time to get moving again, Lucy asked how he could let his own kid get involved in all of this. “They ain’t mine, just an associate is all. They like to hang around me”. You’d learned not to protest when he said this, especially not around strangers, so instead you just rolled your eyes.

• She’d insist he shouldn’t let you hang around him, and you chimed in by telling her you could hear everything she was saying. You didn’t like how she talked about your dad or yourself.

• When the three of you came across the fresh water you drank first. Cooper insisted it was to make sure the water was truly safe, but he actually just wanted to make sure you got your fill in.

• You scavenged the town for food, caps, or any other supplies as he visited Roger. Later, when you went to the Super Duper Mart he told you to go scavenging for another few hours. You knew you didn’t need that much supplies, but he insisted. He didn’t want you to see him struggling. And god forbid he went feral and attacked you.

• When you returned he was getting back in his feet after Lucy gave him a new vial. You two went inside the market together, and he told you to get some real rest. When you woke up to the sheriffs taking you both in you should’ve felt nervous, or angry, or something. You didn’t though. If anything all you felt was inconvenienced. You knew your dad would get you out of the situation. You didn’t need to be scared. You’d be back on the road in no time. Your father would never let you get hurt.

So, I saw ur Kinger father figure thingy and WOWIEE I LOVED ITT!!!

Then, I had an idea.. What if we have teen Reader and parent Kinger (obv) but the episode with the guns. So, this would awaken the rank side of Reader and they would jst go crazy. I'll also leave Kinger's reaction up to U ^^

A/N: I'm so happy y'all liked my Kinger HCs! I was kinda nervous posting it cuz it wasn't a request lol.

When Caine announces it would be a paired adventure, you were all a bit confused as to how it would work with odd numbers. Naturally, Zooble offered to sit this one out, but Caine was oddly insistent on everyone joining.

You, Kinger, and Ragatha became a team of three. You got along well enough with her, especially after she opened up to the group about her issues with her mom, as your own home life wasn't too great before you'd come to the circus.

As soon as the adventure turned into a battle royale you instantly knew this was your type of game. You used to play FPS type games all of the time before you arrived.

Although you logically knew shooting a gun in real life was different from a game, technically everything in the circus was just that- part of a game.

You managed to take a life off Pomni almost immediately before her and Jax ran off, though you didn't have much time to get anyone else before Ragatha pulled you and Kinger away from the action.

Kinger would probably compliment your abilities and offer you a high five, though when you gave him one he'd ask why you just hit his hand.

You were beyond trigger-happy, shooting at any slight movement you saw. Even if it was just a shadow on the wall, you'd have pinpoint accuracy.

Ragatha would ask you to show her how to do this, and you'd probably make some snarky comment about not being the tutorial (even if this would normally be out of character for you, something about this adventure just unlocked a different side of you).

The only thing that would snap you out of the trance, even if only temporarily, would be the butterfly. You're not sure why, but something about both the gesture and the creature itself encapsulated you, if only for a few moments.

You'd probably make it to at least the final four before inevitably joining your teammates. Even if you were good, you weren't invulnerable, and you certainly didn't have unlimited ammo.

When you joined everyone else who was eliminated Kinger would rush over to make sure you were alright. He'd wrap you in a hug and ask where you learned to shoot like that.

He'd probably be more proud of your talents than concerned for your sanity. He knew you'd never do something like that if there were actual stakes at hand.

Even if you insisted you were fine, he'd probably conjure a butterfly for you, just to be on the safe side (and maybe because even in the light he took note of how much you seemed to love it).

It's not that you two weren't openly close around the other members of the circus, but it was still a bit odd for the others to see Kinger acting so... normal, even with you.

Ragatha would probably ask if you already knew about his "sane side", and you'd explain that you did and give her a bit more insight as to how it worked when he was in the dark or the light.

You'd tell her all about the conversations and memories you've had with him and how important the pillow fort really was to the both of you.

You and Kinger would both extend an offer for her to join you in the fort, and probably explain that Pomni also knew about how the darkness impacted him.

After all of the excitement you'd probably curl up next to Kinger, exhausted from the day's adventure. Even if you didn't need to rest in the circus, it still felt nice after everything.

He'd lean into the affection and put his hand on your back as a way to let you know you were safe; to let you know that he was there.

Everyone else in the room seemed to quiet a bit at the sight, giving you two some space. They all knew you were close, and it was obvious you saw him as your dad, but for the first time they got to see just how deep it ran.

A/N: Thank you so much! It means a lot to me that people enjoy my work and think its higher quality! I wasn't really sure how to incorporate the fact the reader is Scottish without making it just a straight up stereotype so it's not too present in this. So sorry for the unexpected breaks, but I hope you enjoy this!

You really had no clue what to make of it when operatives from an international organization of spies and superheroes offered to fly you across the Atlantic Ocean to assist Earth's so-called "mightiest heroes".

At first, you'd thought it was some weird scam. Who offers to fly a teenager into a completely different continent without their parents to assist a bunch of grown adults with death-defying missions?

Eventually, though, they managed to convince you it was legitimate, and before you knew it, you were on the plane headed to New York City.

The first time you were introduced to the team, it was in some meeting room in the Avengers tower. All they'd been told was that there was a new recruit, but they didn't realize just how young you were.

Tony and Thor were the only ones who weren't overly concerned about your age. But even then, you'd catch hints of anxiety in their expressions from time to time.

Natasha would be the most vocal about you not going on dangerous missions, though she'd also spend the most time training you. It wouldn't matter to her if you had powers, hand-to-hand combat was a skill she wanted to make sure you had.

If you knew Gaelic the two of you would use it to communicate without the others overhearing.

Tony would definitely tease you about your accent and stereotype you like there's no tomorrow. You'd throw it all right back at him, though. He respected you for that.

Rhodey would high five you any time you said something to Tony. He would also tease him about how the literal child is more mature than he is.

Clint would probably be the most fatherly. He has his own kids around your age, so he'd probably know how to interact with and handle you the best.

If you're into science-ey stuff Bruce is definitely open to supervising you in the labs. It would probably take him a bit to warm up to you, but once you two got used to each other, it would be non-stop nerding out between you two.

You would be absolutely fascinated by Thor and the concept of Asgard. If you were at all into your own folklore you'd compare your local myths with what he knows as his truths (even if he's technically from Norse mythology, there's still some overlap).

If you were into anything artsy, Steve would definitely encourage you all of the way. Especially if you're into drawing and painting.

Wanda and Peter would be so happy to have someone closer to their age range to hang around with. You would be like the three-musketeers.

Speaking of Wanda, you two would definitely bake together. Even if you're not a huge baked goods person, you still take the time to relax with her.

You and Sam would team up and pull the most epic pranks ever. You two would get along great! (Although there would definitely be a few prank wars just between the two of you). He'd be like a fun uncle.

You'd probably all have movie and game nights together. You would introduce them to your own games and movies from back home.

If you ever got homesick they'd all pitch in to either find a way to get you back home for a bit, or a way to bring a little bit of that home to you.

If you experience any sort of culture shock they'd all be more than willing to walk you through it. Most of them have experience with it in some form or another. Especially Steve and Wanda.

If you start going to Midtown with Peter you two would definitely get into some absolutely insane situations with each other. You'd probably become friends with Ned & MJ too.

Overall, it would definitely be a lot of chaos but a lot of fun. At the end of the day they'd grow to be more than colleagues, but almost like a family.

• It wouldn’t matter how often you felt like this, they’d never make you feel like a burden for wanting them. You’d probably get some sarcastic remarks, maybe told to wait a bit, but they always had a way of making sure you knew you weren’t a bother.

• If you were at a point where you knew their true identities, Crowley would probably make remarks about demons and cuddling, but in the end you'd never be denied.

• If you're the type of person to just go up to them and hug them they'd definitely just wrap you in their arms and make sure everything is alright with you

• If you get more clingy after things like nightmares they’d hold you close as they reassure you it’s not real, that your safety is guaranteed when you’re with them.

• If you prefer to curl up in their laps that’s more than welcome too. Aziraphale might read to you, or Crowley would tell stories of his personal exploits.

• If you don’t like it when other people hug you first then that’s also fine with them, even if they don’t understand it or tease you for the incongruent preferences.

• Aziraphale typically holds you close, while Crowley would firmly wrap his arms around you.

• There would definitely be lots and lots of group hugs between the three of you.

• Crowley has gotten surprisingly good at lullabies and comforting throughout his time taking care of Warlock, and those would be skills he’d put to use if you’re ever in need. (He’d deny it ever happened once you’re feeling better)

• Aziraphale would probably use you as an excuse to shoo away any prospective customers. Hard to do business when your kid is clinging onto your arm!(No matter how old you are).

• Crowley wouldn’t let anyone else see it. Not because he was embarrassed by you or that he was helping (Your trust would mean the world to him) but because it’s just not a good look for a demon.

• If you needed a lot of pressure Aziraphale would miracle a weighted blanket. Alternatively, Crowley was more than willing to turn into a snake you wrap himself around you.

• If they couldn’t help you out immediately they’d miracle up your favorite plushie or blanket and make sure you knew they’d be there as soon as they could. (These circumstances would be exceedingly rare, but they would happen)

•If you’re feeling particularly low energy you’d curl up next to them on the couch as you put your head in either one of their chests or lap and they’d play with your hair to let you know they’re there for you.

• Even if they’re upset with you for one reason or another they just can’t say no to you when you look at them with your pleading eyes.

• Aziraphale abide by cat rules. AKA if the cat is on top of you then you can’t move. Except you’re the cat.

• Crowley would just throw you off of him if he needed to get up. Despite this, he would let you cling to him as he saunter off. He also wouldn’t dare move you if you were asleep but he’d never admit it.

• If you’re feeling particularly upset they’d let you bury your face into their shoulder as you cried. They wouldn’t care about you getting their clothes dirty in the slightest.

• You could never be a burden to either one of them. No matter how much Crowley teases you or how many books you pull Aziraphale out of, they’d always be willing to just hold you in their arms.

• Your cuddliness would honestly make their day. A reminder of all that they saved, despite how long it’d taken them to get there. You made them feel like it was worth it.

A/N: More “typical” villains as parent figures make me happy bc like you just KNOW they’d be so protective of their kiddo.

• You weren’t her’s biologically, that much is obvious, but she wasn’t biologically her father’s either, so it doesn’t cause much of a strain in your relationship

• You would definitely be an uncanny child. The definition of the creepy little kid at the end of the hallway in a horror movie. Maybe you were like that because of your childhood, maybe you were just born that way, you’d gained the favor of The Stranger, and the fascination of Nikola.

• She would buy you lots and lots of dolls. Well, less buy, more steal.

• Any of the avatars or entities who worked under her would certainly know your name and to treat you with respect. You were frightening in your own right, but to mess with someone or something Nikola had plans for was a fate no one would like to meet.

• Being an avatar of the stranger you could theoretically get older, but your mother simply adores how terrifying you are in this state. Besides, everyone tends to forget the “stranger danger” rule when it comes to kids. Makes them much easier to kill!

• You’re allowed to have friends outside of the circus, though their parents keep disappearing… though it’s not like there’s any real record of you ever existing in their town.

• You two would definitely have competitions to see who can skin the newest victims the fastest. She always wins, but you get better over time, thanks to her tips.

• You’d hate being called cute. It’s an insult to everything you stand for. If you don’t kill them yourself Nikola will, and she won’t be half as kind as she was with Jon.

• Physical affection wouldn’t be too big of a thing in your relationship. She’d put her hand on your shoulder or hold your hand, but hugs would be rare. Not that you’d mind, of course.

• You two would go stalking people watching together as a pastime. Studying others’ mannerisms and faces. Charades was a family favorite, particularly when the theme was your victims.

• You would probably have staring contests with Breekon and Hope whenever they dropped something off for Nikola. None of you really know how it started, but no one can stand to look into your eyes for long without getting the sinking feeling something’s not right. Needless to say you always win.

• You’d definitely be enrolled in some sort of theater class. Although the two of you would prefer circus music, it wouldn’t be uncommon to hear the two of you performing Broadway hits together.

• She’d probably teach you how to play the calliope. It would be a long process, but she wouldn’t be able to find it in her to get bored. Not when you were involved. She never stopped to consider the implications of what it meant for her to care about you.

• Lots of nicknames. “My living doll”, “My horrifying puppet”, “My mini-ringmaster”, “My weeping angel” to name a few. All of would be possessive, you were hers and nobody was allowed to forget that.

• In her early days, Gertrude probably would’ve tried to “rescue” you from the clutches of the circus, you being a child and all. Instead she makes a tape warning the next archivist you are exactly where you want to be, and that Orsinov doesn’t seem to be a a terrible parent, oddly enough.

• You like to sit in the corner of the taxidermy shop, staring at customers or inviting them into the basement. It’s funny watching them squirm as they try to figure out if you’re alive or a very realistic piece.

• Your mother would absolutely gush about you to Jon while having him captive. She does it to anyone who’ll listen, but since Jon doesn’t really have a choice he gets the most of it.

• He’d probably think you were a very realistic doll at first. Your skin was cool to the touch, eyes dead but hypnotic in a way that made his stomach churn, the only thing that tipped him off you were any different from the mannequins was the fact that despite all of it you were still made of flesh and bone. You made sure he knew there was a point in time you were human, just like him.

• You would take great pride in your transformation from human to monster. It only rendered your existence further into the uncanny. It was beautiful. Horrifyingly beautiful, and this was yet another thing Nikola would gush over. The pride you took in being one of them.

• Both you and your mother would take offense to anyone having trepidations with defeating you. Just because you seem to be a child doesn’t mean you shouldn’t have an equal fight.

• Whether you’re actually stuck with the maturity of the child you were, or it’s just a facade that furthers your aesthetic, you are more than capable of holding your own in a fight.

• The song CREEP U by Black Dresses would probably have been made about you. (Idk how that would logically work but this whole post has reminded me of that song)

A/N: I’m only on like s2 of house but tik tok has already spoiled most of the show for me so if the characterization is off that’s why </3 hope you enjoy this anyways!

• You were a good kid, even if you were technically an adult now. You were still a med student, but you were assigned to the clinic for in-field work, so you were still a kid in all of their eyes.

• You were assigned to work with Wilson the rotation before you were scheduled with House’s team, so the two of you had quite a bit of time to get to know one another.

• He was really fun to hangout with, and over the course of your time together the two of you would begin to develop a sort of bond.

• He’d give you a pat on the back or a high five whenever you showed progress, and while hugs wouldn’t be a common thing, he’d definitely give dog one you if you were having a particularly bad day.

• You’d forget your wallet one time and he’d offer to cover lunch. You miraculously forget it quite a few more times after that incident. He’ll tease you about it but wouldn’t care too much about the money assuming it wasn’t an every day thing.

• You would totally make fun of his relationship with House. He wouldn’t know what the word ‘situationship’ meant, but he could figure out it didn’t have good connotations to it.

• The teasing would be double if you're also queer. Gaydar comments apparently go a long way.

• Despite this during the usual banter between the two men, you’d tend to take Wilson’s side, supporting him with a quip towards the other doctor every now and then. Not to say you didn’t tag team bullying Wilson as well, but usually you were going against House.

• He’d help you study for any of your exams, even if you weren’t planning on specializing in his field. And he’d make sure you knew that while grades were important, they’re not everything

• He’d be very accommodating if you needed any sort of extra supports for any reason, be it disability, mental illness, or just generally having a bad day.

• He’d help you fudge a couple of reports when you’re on rotation with House. Not because you did anything wrong, but because neither of you particularly want House to get fired.

• He’d probably keep a list of any of your allergies or medications. It would start off as a formality as a doctor and mentor figure, but eventually he’d have to memorized

• You'd probably have a bag with some of your stuff in his office. Nothing too special, just a change of clothes and some comfort items, but the fact it was there meant a lot to both of you.

• He'd definitely be your go-to person when you're having a rough time. He's always willing to listen or be a shoulder to cry on, even if he doesn't tend to believe his own words of affirmation that things will be okay. It's just nice he wants you to believe that.

• If your actual parents aren't great or you've grown apart since starting school, he'd definitely offer to step up for any sort of parental support you feel you're missing.

• If you decided you wanted to switch tracks or drop out of med school, he'd support you 100% of the way. It's your life and your decision.

• He would totally drop dad-jokes just to annoy you. He'd get House and his team to do it too. You'd keep threatening to file a complaint with Cuddy you all know will never actually happen.

• He'd probably offer to tutor you if you were struggling in any of your classes. Granted, he might not always know the textbook way of handling things after so many years of actually doing it, but he's still more than qualified to assist.

• You two would probably tease each other a lot. Everyone makes stupid mistakes, but you'd haggle one another over them like there's no tomorrow.

• You two have a gazillion inside jokes no one can keep track of but you. There's no one else in the world who would really get you guys the way you'd understand each other. From quiet support to loud jokes, he'd be your father through and through, even if found and not by blood.
