I’ve been doodling stars line by line while I alternate between listening to my news podcast and music. I feel well enough post surgery for light tidying of my space but not much more.

I’ve found myself increasingly frustrated that I don’t make and share art like I used to. Occasionally I feel like I’ve lost my creative spark and then I remember that social media itself changed a great deal in the last nearly 10 years that I’ve been making art for money. I’m stuck between wanting stability & privacy and wanting to share my work, methods, and ideas with others.

this was originally going to be part of a series (which is very specific and is probably only meaningful to me and like 3 other people) but i ran out of time :// although i may one day come back to it bc i am quite fond of the concept. we'll see !!!!!!
