RECOVERY UPDATE! For the past 4-5 weeks and until my first physical therapy appointment I have been setting short term goals for myself to help me exercise my arm. I can still remember my housemate laughing at me while I tried so hard to lick my finger after eating and then shortly after laughing at me while I tried to scratch an itch on my nose. So my first goals were to touch my nose, then to touch my ear, to pick my fro, and to touch the back of my neck. My current goal is to be able flip the bird.
