Surprisingly it really was Patrick who brought it up, Pete was in his usual “hype up the crowd” mode but Patrick was just very visibly angry throughout the entire show, like he was pacing around a lot in between songs offering fans his water and even pointed out how he never talks on stage but if he started getting too much into politics he’d be talking on stage all day bc of how angry he is
