Any Penny Dreadful fans? Might be a silly question but I'm watching it for the first time now and I wanna know why Vanessa didn't turn when she had sex with Dracula but was overpowered by her demons when she had sex on other occasions? I assumed she abstained from sex with Ethan / in general since those occasions because she feared what the devil would do to her?

i have a sneaking suspicion that Eva was just so done with this show and how terrible it had become that she went to see Logan and went “Look, John, you’re my friend and I respect your artistic choices but I can’t be in them anymore. I can’t do this. Please kill me off.”
