I had an idea... and I cannot stop thinking about it.

Boruto spoilers of Orochimaru below....

So if you have seen Boruto or just know about Orochimaru, then you know that hes a good person and has a son. WELL. Just imagine being the only one who accepted his redemption and you are also the mom of the kiddo named Mitsuki (who was actually just an experiment and considers Oro his dad, but here hes your actual kid)...

Okay dont tell me it wouldnt be sweet to teach Orochimaru how to be patient, loving, and kind to a child. And do not TELL ME that Mitsuki when he was a toddler was afraid of thunderstorms (all kids are no matter how strong they seem) and would crawl into bed with the reader and Oro, laying right in between you two for comfort. And do not tell me that it would bother Orochimaru at first but once he sees you and the little toddler all cuddled up he feels love and doesnt mind it. God can you imagine how adorable it would be if, when seeing the toddler's head shoved into your neck and pressed tightly against your body that he then wraps a protective arm around you both. Because he knows deep down that you are also afraid of thunderstorms but choose to be strong for the wittle baby, so he has this urge to protect you both from something so insignificant. Head pressed against yours and chin ontop of the toddler's. Just... just imagine it.

Okay that's it. I just have feelings and it's a soft thought

Yep, that's what happens when blood pressure drops! A cardial sign of systemic infection, in fact, which is noted a paragraph later:

All signs pointing to a systemic infection, or at the very least a reaction much like it.

And in cases of anaemia, in readers case due to repeated blood loss and iron deficiency (depletion of storage due to repeated, sloppy replenishment of blood). Tobirama doesn't do a complete blood count though, so he can't know that. He guesses it though.
