Why is Authenticity So Appealing?
Authenticity includes a component of being singular - or the attributes of singularity - the only one like it.
We are attracted to singularity because, by definition, there can be only one.
the quality of being one of a kind; "that singularity distinguished him from all his companions"
strangeness by virtue of being remarkable or unusual

the state of being singular, distinct, peculiar, uncommon or unusual; a point where all parallel lines meet; a point where a measured variable reaches unmeasurable or infinite value...en.wiktionary.org/wiki/singularity
Authenticity is living and being the real "us" and through that expression, the finest example of what and who we are because we are all "singular" and unique.
Each - when being fully authentic - is the only living expression of who we are in the universe.
For the last ~five years, developing my own authenticity has been an ongoing project prompted by being part of Peak Potentials both as a Core Team member for 18 months and as a seminar participant.
In retrospect, it's difficult to pinpoint what moved me to undertake this. Regardless, whether this search was triggered by the words of T. Harv Eker personally, David Wood, Blair Singer, Marshall Therber or by attending Enlightened Warrior Training Camp and Train the Trainer 1 Certification, it is does not matter.
Before that time, my life was a mess. Finding out who I really am became a top priority and through my Peak experience, I learned first hand the value of authenticity as a leader, as a trainer, as a friend and as a man.
It became clear to me that after all the years of talking about walking the walk and talking the talk, it was time to start walking my own talk. Peak Potentials and all the associated fabulous people and experiences got the ball rolling. Core Health showed me how.
It is foundational to long term health and financial credibility. It is part of integrity, leadership and honesty. Being authentic creates peace of mind and is a prerequisite for true friendship.
Can we actually be a real friend to someone else if we are not truly best friends with ourself?
