❛ 𝑡𝑒𝑎 𝑝𝑎𝑟𝑡𝑦 hours , ❜ sirius practically sings the words as he plops himself next to margret . sirius couldn’t be bothered to wonder much on why his parents had taken such a friendship to peggy’s ; she came off as agreeable enough that he can’t imagine their mother’s much of a tyrant . but they fit the bill of the only real standards his mother bears in chokehold , so being new to the area might just make them desperate for contacts . and sirius doesn’t much mind peggy’s company enough to complain ; his mother lets him off to do as he pleases just as well as with his cousins , so it’s a win - win , in that sense . he’s free to lean over his elbows lazily at the lack of stiff chaperones , puffing out a sigh as he glances across the room . ❛ are your summers usually filled with shit like this , too ? i never noticed how many of these i was actually skiving off , ❜ he comments idly , looking back up to his company in question .
