First day of the CS Halloween event, first set of pets, and I already know which pet I want to hoard. *O*
Ugh, trying to trade for pets on CS can be a total pain in the ass.
“I’ve gotten better offers for X.” -- Then why didn’t you accept one of these offers?
“I paid Y and want to get back at least the same amount.” -- If you overpaid, that’s due to your own stupidity. I don’t want to support you by giving in to your demands.
“My pet is worth more than yours.” -- Dude, it’s a fucking Shima Longtail! It’s just a rare from 2009, damnit! Yes, it looks cool, I give you that -- but that thing is not worth several rares from ‘08/’09 or even list pets, you greedy asshole!
“My August PPS lion is worth list pets.” -- *flips table* NO, IT IS NOT! Also, their emphasis on list pets. Like, are you fucking kidding me?! It may be labeled as very rare, but it’s still not rare enough to be a frigging list pet.
“I don’t trade pets to hoarders.” -- *sigh* Why do people dislike hoarders so much? I can get being upset at people hoarding list pets because let’s face it, these pets are rare (i.e. hard to come by) and hoarders do take these pets ouf of circulation, which in turn means fewer people are able to get them. But I don’t even hoard list pets. I mostly hoard unpopular species like rats, ponies, or butterfly wolves. Not only that but my active hoards are OMGSC, VC or common pets. They are not hard to find, you won’t have difficulties finding them just because I, a single person, decided to hoard them. In fact, most people are happy when they finally get rid of these pets. But hey, if you don’t want to trade hard-to-trade-off pets to a filthy hoarder like me, that’s your loss not mine. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
