No-Bake Pineapple Cream Dessert
Ingredients:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup whipped cream
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup granulated sugar. Press onto the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in whipped cream until well combined.
Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
Evenly spread crushed pineapple over the cream cheese layer.
Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the pineapple layer.
Sprinkle shredded coconut over the top.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
