I bought this ready-to-eat curry mix by The Jackfruit in Brooklyn NY. They have other flavors but I choose this one. :-) I made a sautée with mushrooms, onions, broccolis and Pe-tsaï (chinese cabbage), then, I lowered the heat and added the Jackfruit mix. Serve it on rice. Simple and fast ! . . J'ai acheté ce mélange prêt-à-manger (The Jackfruit Company), j'ai choisi le mix curry, mais il y en avait d'autres. :-) Ici, j'ai fait un petit sauté avec des champignons, des oignons, des brocolis, et du Pe-tsaï (choux chinois). Ensuite j'ai baissé le feu et ajouté le mélange de jackfruit (fruit du jacquier). Servir sur du riz.
