***Warning some images may be disturbing*** January 24th 6:15AM I participated in the #pointintimecount for the first time.. its taken me a few days to process what I saw.. these are campsites that we found abandoned within the 22401 zip code. #notinmybackyard is what I have heard when referring to the #homeless and that might be some of the most hurtful words that you could say or think when referring to other humans. Luckily there are people like Councilman Matt Kelley that have done these awesome things for years now. Without efforts to understand and identify the problems that underly the symptoms we will never make progress.
