Fun fact: This s-word scares TF out of me. My hands were shaking before and after attempting at it. Not much scares me when it comes to pole, but the thought of this entire pass just makes we want to pass out. Spatially, I don’t know where I am during that inverted rotation. I’m just winging it it. 😩😩😩
