Been sitting on these doodles for a while, finally got around to finishing them. :>
I got really fond of the idea of approaching Time Turner and Ditzy Doo from more of a “Young Frankenstein” angle with their characters.
I have Ditzy Doo as being a promising young physicist. She attended a graduate school for a time but chose to drop out due to unanticipated circumstances involving having a foal and not being able to care of her and also continue her studies; inevitably she gives up both out of guilt and now works as a mail delivery pony who occasionally aids Time Turner in his lab during her off hours.
I have Time Turner as being an ill-famed scientist through association of his grandfather. Similarly to in the show it says he experienced some tragic accident as a foal, I headcanon it was that he’s actually a unicorn and through an unfortunate series of events surrounding him experimenting with his magic he somehow managed to poof his horn out of existence lmao. His family likely either arranged for him and his fiance Roseluck to be married or he doesn’t think he can do much better or he’s kinda just dumb and thinks she’s hot.
