The Baron Afansas from What We Do in the Shadows is a gender non confirming intersex vampire and uses he/him pronouns.

In the episode The Barons Night Out he confess he is not a Baron it was a nickname given to him because he couldn't not reduce. In the pilot episode,which is canon, he's described as lacking genetalia which makes me speculate he has aphalia

I don't know anything about this show but this character might get me interested in it.. hmmmmmm
