my only guess is like…the merch people didn’t think it could sell. pressing vinyl is *expensive* but you’d think they could have made a limited run work.

i dont think it was ever explained in the musical, but in the movie it was cause the cady the dumbass asked for help as the tests were being handed back and he saw she got a 97% and said she didn’t need help so then on the next one when she got like a 60% she was able to say “oh didn’t do so good, i think i need a tutor”

Yeah, I know it’s like that in the movie. I just think it’s super dumb. I’ve always hated the ‘pretend you’re dumb to get a guy to like you’ trope. It’s my biggest issue with Cady
