Pratt & Lizzie || Conprise! 🍾🎉
Pratt: It wasn't as if either of them were struggling for work but when a big project got announced it wasn't as if the excitement went away. It was with this in mind, that the man had picked up food from their favorite Italian place and grabbed a bottle of red wine and made his way to his best friends. His only hope was that she didn't already have company, but he supposed he'd cross that bridge when he got to it. He didn't bother knocking when he got there, but he did enter tentatively, listening for sounds of anyone but her there. He kicked the door closed with his foot, his hands full with the wine and food, "Liz?" he called out when he didn't hear anything, and he made his way further into the house until he was in the kitchen. It was looking like she didn't have company, at least so that was good. "I know you're here! I got dinner!"
Ice cream and cuddles // Sam and Alex
Sam had been in a state of detachment and sadness since she had gotten the phonecall from her older sister the day before. Her younger brother had been fighting bone cancer for three years and the day that she had dreaded had arrived. They were giving up on treatment, it was doing no good and had spread to his lungs. If he was lucky he had six weeks. She wasn't really sure how to process this information and she'd been crying a lot.
When Alex had offered to bring ice cream over she had accepted, wanting to see her friend. She wanted someone to cry to who she knew wouldn't judge her. Sam was sat on the sofa in the living room in her sweats and hoodie when she heard a knock at the door. Wiping her eyes swiftly and pausing the netflix show she'd been watching she padded over to the door, opening it and giving the boy a watery smile.
OMG.
