Starting today I added the @ComfortTruss #HerniaBelt to my #PrepperRoutine. After a crazy "COUGHING FIT" from having the #Flu early this year I realized last week I have an #InguinalHernia. I plan to FIX / TREAT this problem #Naturally and I will share my progress with you as I go along. So far I plan to do the following; 1. Researching; I'm trying to gain as much knowledge as possible on how to treat my IH #Naturally. From what I have seen, I feel like mine IH is on the smaller side, so I'm encouraged that this can be fixed without surgery. 2. I purchased (3) @comforttruss #HerniaBelt. The key to keep your intestines inside of your abdominal wall to prevent the hole from stretching. 3. Create a NEW #PrepperRoutine; 3a. Design a weekly #Fitness Routine to help strengthen my lower abdominal wall #SixPackAbs is a must have to fix my IH. I need #Exercises, Sets and Reps that will TIGHTEN that area so the hole closes naturally. 3b. Establish an #IntermittentFasting #Diet and #Nutrition plan. This way my my bowels aren't working OVERTIME trying to digest big meals all day long. 4. Lose weight; since I moved home, I put on 15 pounds of fat. I'm 6'2, 218 and I should be around 205 or 220/225 if it was #MuscleWeight. 5. Deal with inflammation by taking #Turmeric aka #BodEase from InfowarsStoreDOTcom. I can't have my bowels all swollen and puffed up. 6. I will do a #Detox using nutraceuticals from @globalhealingcenter. This is a 7 day process and it will clear out "pounds" of undigested meat and all types of nastiness, but still leave the good bacteria in my digestive system. I plan to detox my whole body this year. 7. Boost my Immune System, I LITERALLY can't afford to get sick and have coughing fits. I stop drinking #LemonWater and #LimeWater because I thought my lymph nodes were swelling up, now that I know it's not I will be going back ASAP. 8.
