what kind of "WB access" do you have that you can't even confirm upcoming titles and loglines from a fan site?? ngl you sound really salty about not being in the know while they are... especially when you cast doubts on their legitimacy. it's not a good colour on you.

Ignoring the weird tone of this ask, I'm very happy to explain this for anyone who is genuinely curious.

You don't have to put WB access in quotation marks. Nothing about my job is secretive, except for, of course, screeners and stuff I cannot legally discuss. As a writer for YJTV, and as someone who has worked with WB PR for a few years now, I have screener access to the shows I would like to review. This includes any show that our site covers, including YJ, HQ (formerly), Peacemaker, Titans, so on and so forth.

Usually, with any other show that isn't Young Justice, we would receive a slew of episodes in advance (for HQ season 1, we got the whole season in advance), including preview images, titles and loglines for public release. For some odd reason that is unbeknownst to us, YJ is kept under a very strict lock and key, this season in particular. As I'm sure you all know by now, no press outlet has been allowed to publicly confirm a title, logline, or share the preview images we receive for this season of Young Justice. We have asked, several times, and not for our benefit, but because we want to share it with everyone on Tumblr, Twitter, so on and so forth.

As to the new leaks, spoiler alert: We don't get confirmation of the titles and loglines if the screeners haven't been released yet. We get the same answer if we ask for confirmation: No comment. This isn't unique to us, this is the case for every press outlet. And with all due respect to YJ Wiki, who does a whole lot of work for the fandom and deserves every respect, the reason they find these leaks isn't because they're more in the know, it's because these titles and synopses are leaked via TV Passport. Literally anyone can go on and constantly refresh until a new one is leaked, so go nuts.

And as I have mentioned several times now, I'm not casting doubts on YJ Wiki's legitimacy, especially when they have acknowledged that the oddity of these loglines might be the cause of some elaborate troll. But as someone who works for a media outlet, it's my responsibility to acknowledge both sides of the coin. You can bet your ass I want to see Kaldur sitting and listening to stories from his parents, Clark working on a major news break, and Violet chopping vegetables for a salad as much as the next person. But if I promote things as 10000% legitimate when they don't actually come with official confirmation from WB themselves, and these things do end up being fake, that would make me look unreliable and would be an even worse color on me.

DEEP VOODOO is on TikTok! Not sure how old the account is, but I think its recent, and they’re mutuals with the official SP account.

They probably just wanted to swipe the username before it was too late - no videos yet, and their only thing on Twitter is a retweet of The Heart Part 5. A small part of me hopes this means they’re gearing up for some more press/publicity, but I know we’re still a long way off.

I’m getting cranky with all the accounts they have, like tegridy farms and sassy justice, that never post. I get excited and hope for more press/announcements, but they never come. The wait continues 😭
