Chicken cucumber sandwiches go!!!!

So. I just had a chicken cucumber sandwich I actually made myself (this time) and I really enjoyed it. So, I shall share the recipe.

What you're going to need is:

Chicken

Mayonnaise

Mustard

Cucumber

Toast

I can't exactly speak for how to prepare the chicken. We (my mom & I) just got the store-bought ready-made chicken, and she did most of the work in the first place. What you're basically gonna wanna do is extract the chicken from the body, put it in a bowl and make sure it's in SHREDS. Toss some mayo and mustard into there, and whisk it together with a fork. Then you have your seasoned chicken filling!

Put 2 slices of toast on the plate, coat the insides with mayo. Slice up a bit of the cucumber into not-too-thin shreds, and place them on one of the toast slices, then grab a fork and spread your chicken in there. Close the sandwich and cut it into 2 triangles.

Aaaand then, bon appetit!

This is probably my favorite summer snack/food, since it's light but also delicious. I would LOVE to say that it's inspired by the cucumber sandwiches Johanna always made for Hilda and her friends, but...that's a lie, since my mother is the one who came up with the recipe. She just started making them one day and from then on we've decided to have some chicken in the fridge for this specific purpose.

Like think about it Cas trying to keep up with Stiles’s all over the place everything that comes with his adhd.
