 theyare crouching on the soil, their hair wild with dense forest smells and soft sleeves tattered by wind and ice from the winters and  heavy heat of the sun thatdescended from the leaves in the afternoons. his hunger is  satiated by fish andboar but a dry thirst berates  him, chipping at his discipline to leave others  unharmed.
