In the comics of Civil War one of the most important thing is the Prison call Project 42 set in the Negative Zone. It’s important because It’s the symbol of the fact that Tony is willing to imprison his friends.

For obvious reasons in the mcu there is no NEgative Zone, but the Prison is so important that the Russo Brothers decided to situate the supermax in the middle of the sea.

I find it a great idea.

My daughter, the one graduating today, was very disappointed when I told her what Civil War was in the marvel comics. She was hoping for Abraham Lincoln and superheroes and that might be a better movie
