As a Jew, the religious argument against abortion is bizarre to me. My religion is pro-choice, and prioritizes the physical and emotional health of the pregnant person over the fetus.
I wonder if anyone has tried a freedom of religion argument against these attempts to ban abortion?

Actually, I am pro abortion. I'm pro abortion in the same way I'm pro literally any other medical procedure a person wants or needs to have.
I think it also needs to be said that abortions should be for people who just want them too. There doesn't need to be any other reason besides "i don't want a baby."
I especially hate the argument of "but some people use it as birth control." Because one, I need some evidence on that one. And two, even if they did, that's their right.
And to go even further, abortions should not have to be this hard decision for you. They shouldn't have to be this huge traumatic experience you carry the rest of your life.
You should be allowed to feel okay after an abortion. You should be allowed to find it to be an easy choice. Hell, you should be allowed to feel good after.
