I can’t march or place phone calls due to health problems, so I’m frustrated that I can’t do enough.  While admitting I’m only a small-timer, and my words don’t carry far, I’m still trying to encourage some action. Reblog/retweet to spread the word!

For those wondering why it’s book *3* being offered - Precocious is a daily, newspaper-style strip comic, which is drawn with the intent that you can pick it up anywhere and quickly get into the groove. Book 3, which is printed in color, was designed to act as a STARTING point for new readers.

Expanding on clarifications:

-It’s not necessary to donate exactly $52. I used that number so I could feel the ego boost of knowing a donation came from MY encouragement. Donate more if you want, or use a round number! (But try to sneak a 52 in there if you can, so I can feel like a BIG MAN.)

-I'm open to rewarding those who take part in other patriotic, country-saving acts. The goal of this post is to encourage people to take the actions I can’t, and there are SO MANY THINGS that need to be done!

-As the pic says, my illness means everyday stuff like prepping mail can be beyond my capability at times, so understand it could take a while for me to get a day to pack and mail books. DON’T HOLD BACK BECAUSE OF THIS. I wouldn’t make the offer if I felt it would harm me. The note is simply to let you know why slowness on my end may happen. This also means VERY slow replying to emails. If you send me proof  of donation, along with your address - best is email or twitter DM, as Tumblr often fails to notify me of asks - assume that I saw your message, even if I don’t reply quickly. (It’s not out of rudeness - just frustrating brokenness.)

-If you already have the books, I can send you some charms instead, or send the book to a friend of yours.
