Ingredients: 1 cup cooked spinach, chopped. 1/2 cup cream cheese. 1/4 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1/4 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 package of refrigerated biscuit dough.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
