@pullmydevilbringer, from here:
“Shouldn’t doesn’t mean can’t.” Nero shrugged. He was still going to head out the door. He’s fought plenty of types of demons plus false-gods. He could handle whatever was thrown at him.
Your wings droop a bit in discontent. Nope, not going to happen. You reach forward and cling onto Nero’s extremely cool jacket, not intending to let him leave. You were pretty sure you saw some shadows shift past the window.
I'd like reapp Nero from Devil May Cry please! His app can be found under the IV on the bottom of the page or under /app!
Welcome to scenic Isola Radiale, Nero!
You will be housed in CONDO 437.
You will retain everything you received in your previous stay.

Late Night Wanderings Sentence Starters
(no longer accepting)
“... And where might that be, then?” He asked, looking up with a newfound seriousness. “It’s awfully late for a simple walk.”
Pulling a half-empty pack of cigarettes out of his pocket, he pulled out and lit one. Without breaking his gaze, he tucked both hands into his coat’s pockets. He’d have to see how this would end; something wasn’t sitting well in his gut.
🕹- What does your muse do to occupy themselves when bored?
Elijah is rather fond of reading, writing, or doing puzzles when bored. If available, he’s also always down for a nice game of chess. He’ll mostly do mentally stimulating things when he’s bored, simply so his mind doesn’t wander too much.
He’s not opposed to going out and doing fun things, but he’s got a reputation to uphold, so-- not always the best idea.
Question, Kin
Question :: How often do they feel doubt? What topics are they defensive about?
these days, not really all that often. cloud has, by and large, accepted the mistakes he’s made by now. mostly. getting him to experience a lot of doubt (or guilt) over those kinds of things nowadays is certainly possible, but not easy. you’d have to get fairly inside of his head, and he’s getting better about dealing with (non-literal) mind games, so it’d be a tough process. doable, though.
if you want him to experience major doubt or defensiveness, you’re probably gonna have to get him into some new problems.
Kin :: What’s their role among their relations? Do they consider others family?
in terms of biological family, of course, he drew the short straw: dad’s who knows where, mom’s dead, no sibling or kids. extended family? who knows?
cloud built a tiny little family out of avalanche plus marlene and denzel, in which he was somewhere in between ‘mostly the leader kinda be default’ and ‘dad who really wants to be a dad but keeps disappearing because he couldn’t handle the guilt of not being able to save anyone (except the whole planet of course)’. luckily the latter has been resolved, and he doesn’t really need to lead, so he can go full time fake dad mode.
he’s... actually, all things considered, he’s reasonably ready to have a family of friends right here. what a shame.
💪 Pick my muse up
Up you go. Snapped out of your trance, you shake Nero’s hand off and take a step away from him, closer to the edge. You’d been staring into Spirale’s famous giant-and-endless pit for a while, and saw something in it you thought was real. Your still-dazed eye struggles to refocus on reality, on Nero’s expression of concern. You feel like you’re in trouble, like you should be yelled at, and quietly let the guilt set into your stomach as you wait for him to speak.
I’m not gonna say anything
