A Mara fan here. I'm glad that at least one popular Destiny blog is on our side. The other Destiny blogs rant about her 24\7 for notes and started a witchhunt against us for liking her. I get so many hatemails for liking (as you said) a fictional character and it's shocking that so many people in our fandom support it. I don't stand for the things Mara did but I still like her. Does it really make me a bad person? No. Anyway, thanks for being awesome and speaking about the matter. :)
This is horrible. If anyone of my followers participates in this fuckery, please unfollow me right now or stop supporting that, I don’t want to have anything to do with you. I could never stand Mara, but I got your back. I’ve been bullied for loving Cayde myself, even from other Cayde blogs and I don’t want anyone have to go through that again. No matter if you love Cayde, Mara, or another Destiny character. Stop hunting down people who like a fictional character.

It was definitely love at first sight, when they met that one night in the elevator at Clovis Bray Corp. Coco Bray was surrounded by exos all her life, but Cayde-6 was truly different. Anything. He wouldn’t let her get away so easily. Little did both know that they would see each other as often as they desired soon…
