Ingredients: 1 lb chicken breasts, diced. 1 cup white rice. 1 cup broccoli florets. 1 red bell pepper, sliced. 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce. 2 cups chicken broth. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Green onions for garnish.
Instructions: Warm up the vegetable oil in a big pan over medium-low heat. Put in the diced chicken breasts and cook them until all sides are browned. Cut up some garlic and add it.
