An AU where Qui-Gon lives, but Obi-Wan fell down the Reactor Core with Maul. When Qui-Gon never found him, Obi-Wan felt he had been abandoned, tossed aside for Anakin.
He shows back up on Geonosis to get his Revenge, only for Qui-Gon to deactivate his weapon and reveal that he thought Obi-Wan was dead all this time.
Qui-Gon won't fight him, and deprived of the satisfaction of a real fight, Obi-Wan ends up merely leaving and vowing that he will make Qui-Gon pay. If not with his life, then in other ways.
