Jimmy is a Mule! Pegasus and Donkey mixed kid. There was some worry when he was a kid that his wings wouldn't develop but, despite being a little weaker than a standard pegasus he can fly okay! He's also really tall and strong for a pegasus, a bit above average but the only thing that really makes people turn heads is his long ears and lack of cutie mark. Growing up in rural Equestria pre-Twilight was rough, and he was about in his late teens when Twilight opened The School of Friendship and more creatures started to be accepted in Equestria. As an adult he would meet Grian, a hypogriff, and he'd join his friend group!

Eventually this would lead Grian to hosting some games and events for his friends to play and come together. One these events would have randomly assigned partners and, of course, Jimmy would be end up with Tango.

Tango is a Kirin that travelled away from the Kirin village sometime after he had gotten his voice back. There was suddenly a whole new world outside of his community and while he was never much of an adventurer, he had a feeling there was more out there for him (and he was still having quite a bit of trouble with his temper and didn't want to be the guy that burned the village down right after everyone got their voices back). He was honestly surprised to find ponies that were not only cool with him catching fire at every little annoyance but also found it extremely funny. He found his new friends Impulse, Skizz and Zed would try goading him into Kirik form often. Honestly, it was a relief to know that his anger didn't have to be a nuisance. He'd be invited to Grian's games too.

By the time the two of them meet they're both a lot more confident in themselves, but they still have some insecurities; especially when it comes to meeting new ponies. The two of them are quick to support each other, not focus on either of their failings and reassure one another that they're a welcomed partner for the games. Tango doesn't care about Jimmy's lack of cutie mark or donkey traits; he's just another new kind of pony to him. Jimmy is willing to not only accept Tango's fire but try to temper it into something productive (like getting calculated revenge on Scar).

They're fast friends and, after the games and all the fake flirting was over with, there might be a start to some actual feelings...

I finally got around to watching Mogswamp's Build and Seek 💖I loved his build soooo much. The struggle to find him was real (congrats on Shubble for not getting tortured in Mog's build).

Made these guys for @mcytrecursive. My sona PeterpleRabbit (he/ze/bun) and his hels MichaellowRabid (he/xe/bark) inspired by @aquaquadrant and @lunarcrown's Hels To Pay au. They're little guys that love pranking people, though someone's pranks are a little more deadly than the other's!
