this pride month u have 2 be Radically Pro-Transgender which actually means u have 2 pet me and call me a good girl and cudde me and help me blow up a government building
This Pride month, remember to get radically pro-transgender.
So I've heard a bunch of people say that we should all get radically pro-transgender this pride month, to which I say yes please, but may you also consider getting radically pro-aromantic?
I do not care if you are Aro, Ace, Gay, Bi, Pan, Trans, etc. I want you to look up the aromantic experience, read a bit on the way we see life, and LEARN FROM IT. There is SO much to learn about the way we handle social interactions and it makes me sad to see people suffer from rules that they haven't even considered to break.
This pride month, go show love to your friends, to your pets, to anyone that deserves it. Create intricate, platonic relationships with the people around you, stop considering that the only way to live life is to marry someone, and that if you're not in a relationship your'e a failure. Go show love to everyone you care about, no matter what society thinks the limit to a friendship should be.
This pride month, I'll be cheering on the aromantics that don't feel the need to be in a relationship, as well as the ones that still want to experience that part of life. Because there's no right way to be aromantic, but there is a wrong way to look at friendships, and that is to think that they're inherently lesser than romance.
as a cis person, i am radically pro-transgender. to any trans people: you are not alone. you are loved so radically. there is a place in this world for you and i and so many others will fight to help you find it. if there werent so many people who would fight for you, they wouldn't be making these statements. they know you are supported and loved, and they think that threatening those supporters will make it stop. they are wrong. love radically. expect resistance. expect fear. expect hardship. love anyway.
a bit ago, like right after i came out, i realized that in order for my parents to feel comfortable with me being trans, i would need to feel comfortable being trans. thats why this pride i am being so damn prideful. we are radically pro transgender 🙏
We need to be radically pro transgender this pride month and forever. Our trans siblings deserve the world
